Collect Borrower Information
  • Personal information (e.g. Name, address, SSN, phone, DOB, driver’s license number, etc)
  • Work address and phone number
  • 2 references - name, address, phone and relationship to you.
    (References: anyone not living at your address, both references cannot have the same address)
